Alexey Maliy

Alexey Maliy was born in 1963.

He graduated the class of choir conductors from the Kaluga music college in 1986.

He graduated from Gnesin's Russian Musical Academy in 1991, and finished his post-graduate study in 1994.

Now he works as a senior lecturer in Higher School of Russian Musical Academy on the chair of choral conducting actively engaging in educational work.

Alexey Maliy is the laureate of the Russian Choral Conductors Competition in 1991.

He is very talented musician and highly professional specialist. He has the experience of work as choral as well as orchestral conductor. He put on stage in Opera Studio of Russian Musical Academy operas "Eugeny Onegin" and "The Marriage of Figaro".

Since 2001 he is chief conductor and art director of the People's collective "Troitsk Chamber Choir".
